Or if you prefer enter a keyword in "Search".

To obtain more information on a particular item, click on the thumbnail picture. This will take you a full product description.

From this full product description page you can select to add to your shopping basket.

Selected items will be stored in your shopping basket and goes with you as you browse. You can see what is in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "Edit Basket" button located on the page.

You can add to or take away from your shopping basket at any time. The shopping basket is an easy way to remember the items you select as you browse.

Q. How do I place an order online?

As you browse through each product catagory, just click "add to basket" as you shop.

All items you select are stored in an electronic basket that goes with you.

During every step of this process, you will always see exactly what you are ordering and how much it will cost, excluding postage.

You have every opportunity to change your mind or cancel your order at any time.

Q. If an item I order is temporarily out of stock, will you backorder for me?

If a particular item you order is temporarily out of stock, we can backorder for you and advise the expected due date. You are not charged for a backordered item/s until you have reconfirmed your order.

Q. Can I order by fax or phone?

We only accept orders through our secure online shop.

Q. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs door to door are FREE to Australia & the Pacific Islands & is included in the purchase price.

Shipping costs to all other countries is additional. Shipping costs are advised back to you before order is processed for your acceptance.

Q. How do you ship?

We ship worldwide using International Air Post.

Q. What about customs charges in my country?

We declare all orders we send as a Gift on our own customs declaration form with the $ value shown, so customs in your country should not apply .

Asia 7-10 days

Australia 4-6 days

United States 7-10 days

South Pacific 5-7 days

UK and Europe 7-10 days

Q. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to main centre destinations. 

NZ consumers, please go to our NZ site www.toys4kids.co.nz  to find your nearest Stockist. Ex pat Kiwi's are welcome to order for delivery within NZ.

Q. How is my currency calculated?

All prices are quoted in NZD$, your own country's currency is calculated by using the Currency Conversion Calculator.

Q. Can you Gift Wrap my Purchase?

Yes, we gift wrap upon request.

If you would like to include a greeting card with your purchase, please email your message to enquiries@toys4kids.com.

Q. How much will it cost to Gift Wrap?

Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We also accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) or direct debit to our bank account.

Q. When is my credit card charged?

Once you have confirmed your final acceptance for the cost of your order, your credit card transaction is then processed. Order processing takes between 2-4 business days. Once completed, we email confirmation back to you, and your order is shipped.

Q. Will my personal information be sold or given to a third party?

No, not under any circumstances.

Any information you give us through product enquiries or online shopping remain totally confidential.

Q. Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, all credit card information is securely encrypted and transferred through COMODO SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Secure Server.

By going through the COMODO Secure Server, your credit card information cannot be intercepted or tampered with in any way from an outside source.

Q. Is any additional Sales Tax charged on my order?

Sales Tax does not apply to any international orders and is not added to or included in your purchase price.

Q. What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Toys 4 Kids, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

Q. What is your return policy?

Please advise our customer services at enquiries@toys4kids.com immediately upon receiving your order.

Please return these items to us postage paid within 14 days of receipt.

Any items returned must be unmarked, not tampered with in any way and in their original condition and packaging.

Q. What is your refund policy?

We will either refund your purchase price back to you, or if you prefer we can exchange the items.

Please note Postage charges are not refundable.
